Our quality-assured process
With our certified quality system as support, we approach all assignments in a structured and efficient manner. Over the years, we have developed unique support systems, procedures and templates that help us to systematically move through all process steps, from tender to execution to final documentation.
Tenders
Before a tender, we carry out a risk assessment and a "bid / no-bid". We do this partly to minimise the risks in the tender and thus ultimately also in an implementation, but also to determine at an early stage whether the assignment is actually right for us and that we have the competence and capacity to carry out what is requested.
Our structured tender work with support systems containing very well-developed calculation and tender templates gives us high accuracy and quality in our tenders, which our customers often give us positive feedback on.

Implementation
In our digital business system, we have integrated the mandatory process steps required for quality-assured implementation in a digital tool that includes everything from customer and project data, project organisation, start-up and technical review protocols, to control plans and templates for internal quality checks, and more.
In addition, the business system contains a large number of instructions and implementation control plans that ensure that our delivery fulfils the expected quality.
As the business system is accessible via mobile phone or tablet, our field staff can quickly access, for example, instructions such as welding data sheets (WPS) or instructions for test printing, but also information such as chemical data sheets and emergency preparedness.
Control and testing
Quality controls in the form of both self-monitoring and third-party controls follow normative requirements as well as specific customer requirements and are carried out according to applicable standards. Our operational system contains, for example, instructions for self-monitoring and notification of third-party checks, but also checklists such as various self-monitoring plans.
We are ourselves accredited by Swedac to control body C for gas pressure testing and we have a very good co-operation with inspection bodies in the market for third party inspection such as X-ray of welded joints.

Documentation
As we are often in regulatory driven environments, the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) with its performance standards, e.g. EN 13480 and EN 13445, our home base. We have a very well-developed documentation system which, together with the procedures, instructions and templates integrated into the business system, ensures correct final documentation in accordance with both regulatory requirements and specific customer requirements.
We always submit our documentation digitally, e.g. via a download service as there can often be large amounts of data, but can of course also deliver the documentation in paper form if desired.
