Senior industrial pipe fitter for Power Heat Piping

Power Heat Piping is growing - and now we are looking for an experienced senior fitter who want to be part of building the industrial solutions of the future together with us. You will be based at Energihamnen in Malmö, but there will also be work at other locations.

Your role with us
As a Lead Fitter, you are the hub of the installation site. You manage the day-to-day work, coordinate the team and ensure that projects are carried out safely, efficiently and with high quality. You work closely with project managers, supervisors, fitters and welders and become an important representative of Power Heat at the customer site.
Among other things, you will:
- Plan and allocate work on site
- Leading and supporting fitters and welders in their daily work
- Ensure quality, health and safety according to customer requirements and regulations
- Be the link between production and project management
- Last but not least, contribute to order, structure and strong teamwork!
We are looking for you who...
You are a confident and experienced fitter with natural leadership qualities. You like taking responsibility, creating structure and getting people to work together towards common goals.
To succeed in the role, we believe you are:
- Positive and solution-oriented and thrives in varied work environments
- Responsible and quality conscious
- Used to working independently but with a focus on team spirit.
- Comfortable with change and development - we are in an expansionary phase
Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial pipe fitting and welding (at least five years)
- Good habit of reading installation drawings and isometrics
- Experience in managing on-site work is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
- Hungarian is an advantage
- B driving licence
