• Orbital welding: Automated TIG welding that produces ultra-precise and smooth welds without contamination - ideal for high-purity gas pipelines.
• Controlled welding environment: For example, at critical welding stages, we monitor the oxygen (O₂) content during welding to prevent oxide formation inside the pipes.
• High quality materials: We use stainless steel, electropolished pipes and special fittings adapted for clean gas (e.g. VCR connections) when required, minimising the risk of particles and deposits.

Cleaning and proofing: Each plant undergoes thorough cleaning, leak testing and documented pressurisation before commissioning to ensure full functionality and safety.
