Water cutting

Waterjet cutting is one of the most flexible and cost-effective methods for shaped sheet metal parts. Power Heat has more than 10 years of experience in waterjet cutting, which has given our employees unrivalled expertise and methodological knowledge. One of our strengths is our rapid changes and short lead times. Our production runs around the clock, which means that no order is too small or too large - we deliver to one-off customers and serial producers with the same high level of commitment.

Equipment and methodology

Our workshop is equipped with modern machines that can cut most materials. The machines easily handle formats up to 6 x 2 metres, with a thickness from less than 1 mm up to about 200 mm. If you then want to roll, bend or weld the sheet metal parts together, we are happy to help you.

Some advantages of waterjet cutting

  • High tolerances on the finished product
  • Often no post-processing of the cut part is required.
  • No heat is added during cutting
  • Fast changeover leads to short lead times
  • Cost-effective
  • Flexible method that provides efficiency even in small batches
  • Can handle almost all materials

What file format do you use?

We use CAD files in the formats dwg and dxf. 3D models and pdf files also work well. If you have no CAD files, only a paper drawing or a component that you want to copy, our production preparers can draw these in the right format.
